Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd is a growing, family-run business recruiting a reliable, hands-on full-time Window Cleaner to join our team in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
If you’re hard-working, customer-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be a great long-term role for you. Experience isn’t essential — full training, equipment, and a company vehicle are provided. A full UK driving licence is essential.
The Role
This is a full-time PAYE position, not self-employed. You’ll be rewarded for the effort you put in — the more quality work you complete, the more you earn.
Pay:
£24,165.14 – £30,120.86 per year
Typical earnings: £24k–£30k+ per year, based on performance
Working hours:
Monday to Friday only
Optional Saturday work available

What the Job Involves
Window cleaning using traditional methods and water-fed pole systems
Working in various weather conditions
Additional exterior cleaning, including gutter clearing and conservatory roof cleaning
Providing excellent customer service
Driving between jobs throughout the day
You’ll start each morning from our depot at Ferrier Road, LN6, so you must be able to get there reliably.

Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd is a family-run business recruiting reliable, motivated self-employed leaflet distributors to work across Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
The Role
We pay £80 per 1,000 properties, which is around double what many leaflet distribution companies offer. In return, we expect all delivery areas to be completed fully and professionally, while representing both Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd and our clients to a high standard.
What the role involves:
The more areas you can cover, the more work we can offer
Own transport is essential
Willingness to cover different areas within Lincoln and nearby locations
A GPS tracker is provided – no smartphone required
All routes must be tracked during delivery (full training provided)
Residential, door-to-door leaflet delivery only
No more than three leaflets per property
No overloaded bundles or excessive shared deliveries
Flexible, Self-Employed Work
This is a self-employed role with flexible hours. Most of our team fits this work around other commitments or part-time jobs.
Choose how many leaflets you’d like to deliver per job
Complete deliveries by the agreed deadline
Delivery areas can be split over multiple days if needed
Payments
Payments are made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice
Invoices can be emailed once your GPS tracking has been approved
Payments are made directly to your bank account
No chasing and no long payment waits

We’re looking for people who:
Communicate clearly and reliably

Are happy walking long distances
This role involves a lot of walking. While delivery areas can be split over several days, we typically expect a minimum of around five miles per GPS tracking map.
Most of our team walks between 5 and 15 miles per session. We aim for one to three solid routes per 1,000 properties, rather than lots of short routes.
How Long Does It Take?
The time needed to deliver 1,000 leaflets depends on:
The area being delivered
Your experience
Your walking pace
Once you’re familiar with the work, most distributors average around 6 hours per 1,000 properties.
More remote or spread-out areas are reflected in higher pay. If additional leaflets are included in a delivery, wages are increased accordingly.

The Role
This role involves generating new customers for our window cleaning services by canvassing residential areas.
Pay:
Typical earnings: £100 – £600 per week
