Employee Training and Equipment Costs Disclaimer As an employee of Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd., you may be required to undertake training courses and use company-provided equipment as part of your role. Please read the following conditions carefully: Training Costs: Training Investment: Any training course(s) funded by Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd. for the benefit of your role will be considered an investment by the company. Repayment of Training Costs: If you decide to leave employment within a certain period, you agree to reimburse the company for the cost of training, as follows: Within 6 months of completing the course: 100% of the training cost will be deducted from your final wage. Within 12 months of completing the course: 50% of the training cost will be deducted from your final wage. After 18 months: No repayment of training costs will be required. The deductions will only apply if you voluntarily leave the company or are dismissed due to misconduct or poor performance. This does not apply in cases of redundancy or if your contract is terminated by the company for reasons outside your control. Equipment and Property Costs: Damage to Company Property: You are entrusted with company property, including window cleaning equipment, uniforms, and vehicles. If any damage occurs due to proven negligence, you may be held responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement. Deductions for Negligence: In cases where damage to company property is established as a result of your negligence, the following may be deducted from your wages: 100% of the repair or replacement cost for window cleaning equipment, uniform, and vehicle damage. All deductions will comply with UK employment law and will not exceed statutory limits. You will be notified in writing of any deductions, and we will always seek to discuss and resolve any issues before any final deductions are made. By signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
