If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of our workmanship, let our office know within 24 hours and we will return to make any corrections, with no hard feelings! Our return ratio to jobs completed is less than 1% and usually it’s for a single window. We truly want you to be a raving fan of our service and will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy.
Rain Guarantee
We do our best to keep to our appointments and scheduled dates. Although we don’t clean windows in heavy rain we do still clean them in light rain or brief showers. As we use pure water, this shouldn’t effect the quality of your clean as rain water usually has a low TDS level. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of the clean, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to make any corrections. If the rain is too heavy for us to work safely, we will re-schedule for the earliest possible date.
